Fill in the Application Form

1. Complete all the questions in the application form

2. Click on the signature box to add(draw) your signature

3. Review your completed application form and then click 'Done'

Add Your Company and Reference's Contact Information

Enter the contact information of:

1. The person in charge of the company you are employed in.

2. Your reference for the 'Letter of Guarantee.' We will personally contact them regarding the required documents for your visa application.

Add Information/Upload Your Documents

2. Register through KakaoTalk and start taking pictures of your documents

3. Follow the instructions shown on the PC

Make Payments

Check your payment details and select your payment method to proceed with the application. Let us know where you learned about Grabchat by filling in your reference name and phone number (if any) so your reference can get a cashback

STEP 10

Check Your Progress, Send Your Original Documents

1. Check your application status on 'My Application' → 'On Review'

2. Please send the required original documents by mail if needed. We will notify you regarding the details on the 'My Application' → 'Required Documents' page
